Terms of Service — SERP Checker
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the SERP Checker service and to client reports created and shared through the system. By using the service or opening a report via shared link, you agree to follow these terms.
1. Access and intended use
The service is intended for SEO analysis, answer-engine visibility, ranking checks, content, competitor research, and related marketing metrics. Access to reports is granted only to recipients to whom the report owner has explicitly shared a link or password.
2. Report confidentiality
Client reports may contain commercial information, analytics, strategic recommendations, competitor data, and internal site metrics. Recipients are required to keep this information confidential and may not share it with third parties without written permission from the report owner.
3. No screenshots, screen recording, or copying
For public client reports, screenshots, screen recording, printing, copying, exporting, publishing, forwarding, and any other reproduction of report content are strictly prohibited without separate written permission from the report owner.
The system may display warnings and record detectable attempts to print, copy, invoke system save commands, or capture the screen. Such activity is considered a violation of these terms.
4. User restrictions
- do not bypass technical access controls, report protections, or password checks;
- do not use reports for illegal, misleading, or harmful activities;
- do not attempt to access other clients' data;
- do not share public links with people the report owner has not authorized.
5. Consequences of violation
If these terms are violated, access to the report or service may be limited or revoked. The report owner may require deletion of illegally saved content and may use any available legal remedy.
6. Data and result accuracy
SEO, answer-engine visibility, and competitor analysis results depend on data sources, check frequency, client configuration, and external provider availability. The service provides analytical information but does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, sales, or business outcomes.
7. Paid subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation
Before payment, the checkout shows the selected plan, billing interval, price, currency, any trial period, and the date or condition of the first charge. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed interval until canceled. By confirming checkout, the organization administrator authorizes the displayed recurring charges.
Plan limits apply per billing period. Upgrades may take effect immediately with a prorated charge shown by the payment provider. Eligible downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally preserves already-paid access until the current period ends. A failed renewal may receive a seven-day recovery period; access can be suspended if payment is not recovered.
Payment processing is handled by the provider shown at checkout. Refund eligibility is determined by applicable law and any written refund terms presented for the purchase. Contact the billing support address shown on the invoice for payment, cancellation, or refund questions.
8. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated. The new version applies from the moment it is published on this page, unless otherwise indicated in the text.
